Profile & Designation: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Job Recruitments
1. Only male candidates can apply.
2. Candidates have be 26 yrs or below in age.
3. Candidates should have acumen for Sales Job.
4. Job entails sales of Axis Bank Savings Accounts and Current Accounts.
5. A clear cut growth path is defined for BDEs. Upon achievement of stipulated yearly targets, a BDE can get a promotion to the next level, i.e. ASM. He can then complete his yearly target for the next year and be eligible for next level of promotion, ie. BSM (Branch Sales Manager) so on and so forth.
Fixed Monthly Salary: Handsome Fixed salary plus incentives
Incentives: BDE being a sales profile, is driven by a robust monthly incentive structure. This incentive can be earned month on month over and above the fixed salary (mentioned above) depending on slabs defined by the Organization from time to time. They can earn upto Rs. 60,000 incentive per month.
Selection Process
- Selection will be based on direct Interviews
Required Documents
- Students are informed to carry all the mandatory documents like one hard copy of resume, one Passport size photograph (recent) and ID proof (any)
- All the students should appear for interview in formal dress
Venue: Students will have to report themselves at the helpdesk at APIIT SD INDIA workshop and will register their presence. There onwards they would be directed for further proceedings.
